'Saiko Ramen Hauz guarantees to offer authentic Japanese cuisine especially ramens. The owner is Japanese so he really knows what he is cooking. You can definitely tell that they are cooked with love and passion and you can definitely have a taste of Japan. I tried their Miso ramen which is really miso-tasting and Tantan ramen which are both topped with slices of soft pork belly, chashu, boiled egg, sesame seed, and fresh scallions. The noodles are not soggy and I describe it as al dente’. I also tried their mango roll and its taste is refreshing taken from the slices of mangoes and cucumbers. Don’t forget to dip those rolls onto their soy-sesame sauce. Their gyoza – the Japanese dumpling – has that usual crunchy toasted bottom and savory meaty, juicy filling. On the other hand, Beantea\'s Takoyaki is one of the tastiest Takoyaki that I have ever tried. I got to taste the original and double cheese topped with bonito flakes. I can say that they both taste superb and the sauce is worth craving for. The double cheese is torched right in front of you. They are super cheesy and cooked to perfection. The takoyakies are freshly cooked therefore it’s a quality at its best. I am hoping though that they can also offer octopus or squid variety soon.
